Hey Fantasy Lovers!
After an eventful start to February (Victorians know what we mean!), our team has used the last 5 days in lockdown to work on new ideas! Especially focusing on easy-to-access social media, we have developed new initiatives through the popular platform, Pinterest. In this blog post, we will dive into what our Pinterest page now has to offer, as well as links to all of the pages talked about. Let's begin!
First of all, as some of you may already know, we post quite regularly on our Pinterest. Most of this year has consisted of posts about updates and announcements, as well as some fun character profiles. Having now updated our posting schedule, we will be posting 2-3 times a week, so make sure to follow so you don't miss out on anything that we describe below. Our account is @Fantastic_Fantasy. Initiative 1: A crowd favorite - character profiles! These posts give an exclusive insight into the characters that appear in the series, as well as background information, character descriptions, and more! These are super fun to read, especially as the first book of the series will be published soon! Familiarising yourself with the characters is a great way to continue to get excited about the series! Initiative 2: Super important - regular updates! We use these blog posts to give you detailed updates, as well as our monthly newsletter that goes out to all of our wonderful subscribers, but we also post visual updates on our Pinterest for a more playful way of getting out important messages across to the wider community. One of our current and most important Pinterest announcements is for our book cover voting - a super exciting chance for the community to have a say in the final decision of what the cover of FF1 will look like! Initiative 3: BRAND NEW - DAILY WRITING PROMPTS This is what we have been super excited to show you! Expect 2 brand new writing prompts per week - uncopyrighted and ready for you to use! Whether you need some inspiration, a prompt to get writing, or are looking to browse through some genre prompts - these are for you!
