Books I will always recommend

Hello! There is a short list of books on this post that I will always recommend because of the characters, the plot, or a bit of both. The mentioned genres are below and all these books are clean and Young Adult.


Although, David Copperfield is slightly older than the other books it is still an incredible read but maybe for a bit older teens given some of the mature themes. Enjoy the read of these books!

David Copperfield by Charles Dickens

GENRE: Historical fiction

ABOUT: This book is perfect for those that love some historical fiction. It has an incredible cast of characters and the dynamics between each are fun to read. While it looks to be quite a long book it is captivating and deals with romance, loss of a parent, and growing up and finding who you truly are.

Siren by Kiera Cass

GENRE: Young Adult, fantasy, and romance

ABOUT: This book is perfect for those that love mermaids and everything folklore/mythical. It has a gorgeous romance aspect to it and the characters are very loveable. This book was originally self-published but completely rewritten for the publication. It is a lovely light hearted read that one can easily finish in one session.

BOOK NUMBER 3:

If You Could See The Sun by Ann Liang

GENRE: Young Adult, magical realism, contemporary fiction

ABOUT: This book is perfect for those who love magical realism in a high school setting. It also has the classic lovers to enemies academic rivals to enemies and grumpy and sunshine love interests.

BOOK NUMBER 4:

A Magic Steeped in Poison by Judy I Lin

GENRE: Young Adult, fantasy, Asian-inspired, tea magic

ABOUT: This book has a gorgeous cover and not only this but it has an enchanting story about tea that can perform magic. It has the tropes of surprise love interest and secret royal as well as some betrayal thrown into the mix.
